Our Goal Is Not To Be The Biggest ...
Our Goal Is To Be The Best

iWebVisit.com is a unique visitation management solution built from the ground up with the flexibility to meet your facility's specific operational needs.

In 2009, iWebVisit developed the industry's first-to-market, high volume remote visitation system. While others were still writing articles explaining why remote visitation would never work, iWebVisit was successfully scheduling, processing, monitoring, and recording thousands of remote visits per month.

This visitation software solution had been coupled with the most accommodating scheduling platform to create what is now called the visitation management solution. This one of a kind solution was originally developed and deployed for a 350 bed addition to a 1,500 bed detention center. The platform was designed in collaboration with law enforcement professionals, and it included flexible on-line scheduling, remote visiting capability, visit monitoring, recording, and comprehensive visitation management.

Today we continue to innovate, create and develop new ways to improve the visitation experience for families, facilities, and the inmate. Proper planning and design are important factors impacting the operation and the life-cycle cost of the detention facility. For this reason, our elbows are on the same table with the iWeb Advisory Board. These industry professionals provide decades of experience dealing with the complexities of large detention operations. Jim Mahan, former Chief Technologist with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and James Lewis, Retired Under-Sheriff with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department are just two of many key advisors that routinely provide extremely valuable knowledge and experience.

Our Mission Statement

iWebVisit.com's mission is to create order in the place of chaos and enable agencies to realize the operational savings associated with reduced staff involvement, moving visitors off-site, eliminating inmate movement associated with the visitation process and providing increased safety for staff and inmates.
